Is it Pizza?
‘Pinsa’ probably comes from the Latin word ‘Pinsere’, which means “to press”, “to stretch” or “to spread” or “to push”. Directly relating to the traditional method of preparing dough by hands into a flat form. Pinsa originated from the ancient Roman Empire. It is a type of flatbread-like Pizza, but the base is made using a different method which creates a light, airy dough and unique taste.
Our Pinsa has a crispy outside texture but a super soft inside. The light, airy crust and bubbly base ensure a tasty easily digestible pizza!
