Grape Variety: Chardonnay A golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties. Very fine bubbles. On the nose it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity. The bubbles are like velvet. Flavours of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.

Grape Variety: Moscato This multi award winning Asti retains its natural sweetness due to a light pressing and single fermentation.  Notes of grape, melon and peach are evident.

The density on the palate is quite incredible while the never ending finish is austere yet frank. A genuinely great, unsurpassable wine which stands alone on a pinnacle of tasting pleasure.

This classic cuvee has moderate balance and fruit and gives off its best on tasting. The bubbles are perfect, the power and body excellent.
