Fresh shell on mussuls cooked in white wine tomato sauce garlic and chilly

Capesante gratinate
Scalopps au gratin with a splash of cognac

Bresaola
Air dried and cured filet of beef sliced very thinly on a bed of rocket dressed with olive oil lemon juice black pepper, balsamic vinegar with parmesan and grana shavings

Stinco di agnello
Lamb shank sloowly coked in rich red wine sauce and mint on a bed of musched potatoes

Medaglione ai porcini
Sliced fillet of beef in rich red wine sauce and porcini mushrooms

Risotto agli scampi
Risotto with langustine, white wine and tomato with a hint of tomato and a zest of lemon

Pasta fresca ripiena (v)
Homemade pasta filled with porcini mushrooms in a delicate creamy parmesan cheese sauce and saffron

Italian style fish stew with kink prawns, monknfish, scampi, mussels, cuttlefish in tomato sauce whitw wine and garlic
